Cost

  1. 01Is this expensive?It pays off when the work the system does is worth more than it costs, and we tell you what you pay before we start.
  2. 02How much is it going to cost me to have AI running?The cost of the AI stays inside a limit you set with us before we start, and you see what it spends, day by day.
  3. 03I already pay for Slack and Claude, why pay you as well?A generic assistant does not know your format, is not configured securely, and the team does not adopt it on its own.

Trust and risk

  1. 04Is my data safe?The data stays in your company’s accounts, the agent only reads until a person authorises it, and everything it does is recorded.
  2. 05Will our data train the AI?Scope per channel, private channels kept separate.

Adoption

  1. 06What if my team does not know how to use this?The team uses the agent in the chat where it already works, and training and support are part of the delivery.
  2. 07We already tried AI before. Why did it not work?Because AI amplifies the processes a company already has, and with disorganised processes it amplifies the disorganisation.
  3. 08Is this going to replace people?The agent drafts, a person approves. During the pilot it writes drafts and sends nothing. The decision stays with whoever signs it.
