The living proof

We open the engine.

Before proposing an AI agent to anyone, we put our own to work in here. We are the proof that it works, and what we use is what we assemble in your company.

What it is

It is called Pascal. It works with us every day.

It is the AI agent that works with us, inside our own systems. In your company, each area can have its own, and you delegate to it the way you would delegate to a team.

  • It lives in the company’s communication channels: Slack, Telegram and Microsoft Teams. You talk to it the way you talk to a colleague.
  • It works inside the tools the company already uses, in the place the team already talks.
  • What it knows about the company is written in a place we control, and that is where it reads from.
  • It runs on a machine that is ours alone, inside Europe. Only we have access to it, and each access is recorded.
  • By default, the agent reads and does not write. To write or send anything at all, it needs authorisation given by a person.
  • One client’s material does not enter another’s context. Today that is a rule the agent follows.
  • Sales

researches potential clients, qualifies contacts and prepares the messages.

  • Finance

pulls the numbers together and sends the report at the appointed time.

  • Operations

organises tasks, reminds people of deadlines and summarises what was decided.

  • Management

answers questions about the company, based on the documents.

Each agent is built to fit what your company needs, and the decision stays yours.

What it can do

What an AI agent can do in your company.

All through the chat the team already uses, with a person approving what matters.

  • Works without being asked.

Reports, reminders and checks on time, delivered in the chat. If you ask it for the same thing several times, it offers to start doing it on its own.

  • Takes on fixed responsibilities.

You give it a responsibility in writing, like the weekly report, with the limits and who it should notify.

  • Handles the email and the calendar.

Reads the inbox, summarises what matters, flags conflicts in the calendar and prepares drafts.

  • Finds and qualifies clients.

Researches companies, lists the contacts with the most potential and prepares the messages for you to approve.

  • Takes notes in meetings.

Joins the meeting, records what was said and leaves a summary with what was decided.

  • Remembers the company.

Keeps decisions, preferences and documents, and finds them when you ask what was decided last month.

  • Reads documents for you.

Contracts, invoices and reports in PDF, summarised and ready to compare.

  • Works as a team.

One agent per department, with a coordinator that talks to you and distributes the work.

  • Asks for authorisation before acting.

Before sending, publishing or deleting, it asks. You approve or refuse with a button, in Teams, Slack or Telegram.

What this proves

What Pascal proves in here.

  • Traceability

Every hour of the agent’s work has an owner and is recorded. You always know what was done, and for whom.

  • Security

The agent starts by only reading, and nothing that touches money changes without a second person approving.

  • Fitted to your processes

It works in the tools and channels the team already uses, with the company’s rules written down from the start.

  • Spend control

There is a spend limit set with you. A task that goes past it is refused, and you know exactly what you spend, day by day.
