An account only answers when someone writes. A system has triggers, like a request arriving, a date passing or a file changing, and it does the repetitive work without anyone asking. That is the build: the information brought together, the agent assembled, the repeating tasks automated and the brakes put on.

There is a named owner, a way to undo and a spend limit that refuses the task before it starts. That is maintenance: the step where we stay with you.
