Question
Will our data train the AI?
Scope per channel, private channels kept separate.

Trust and risk
The answer
The right answer is the one that is written down, with the platform named in the contract. We do not ask you to trust a sentence of ours.
Inside the company, scope is per channel. A private channel does not feed another one’s context, and what the agent reads is what the permission allows. A permission failure is the design working, not an obstacle to get around.
The data and the credential vaults are yours. We operate, we do not own.

- 04Is my data safe? The data stays in your company’s accounts, the agent only reads until a person authorises it, and everything it does is recorded.
- 06What if my team does not know how to use this? The team uses the agent in the chat where it already works, and training and support are part of the delivery.
- 07We already tried AI before. Why did it not work?Because AI amplifies the processes a company already has, and with disorganised processes it amplifies the disorganisation.
