Operational engine
We work with the product, not for it
GF is not a vendor hired by the hour. We are partners with the same interest: seeing the product grow. What we do has direct consequences on our own results.
Ecosystem programme
The hardest part is usually in plain sight. We exist to help find the path and empower those who have what it takes to build.
01 · What we are
Àvista is the programme through which Geometric Fever steps into the ecosystem of external products and does whatever it takes to make them grow. Our compensation is a percentage of the revenue generated. We only win when the product wins: the alignment of interests is total.
Operational engine
GF is not a vendor hired by the hour. We are partners with the same interest: seeing the product grow. What we do has direct consequences on our own results.
Long-term partnership
We accept projects from the idea stage to pre-MVP. We don't wait for the product to be validated before stepping in. And once we're in, we stay involved in its ongoing evolution.
No capital, no control
We don't inject capital, we don't automatically buy equity, we don't take a board seat. Our compensation comes from the revenue generated, never from owning what you built.
Ecosystem, not agency
Inside Àvista, there are no competing products. Whoever joins the ecosystem gets exclusivity in their niche, and GF never takes on a second product that disputes the same market.
02 · The engine
It's not a fixed package. It's a set of capabilities the partner draws on depending on the stage they're at. The negotiated revenue percentage reflects GF's real involvement.
Architecture, code, infrastructure and continuous improvement. From idea to product in production, and everything that comes after.
The work doesn't end at launch.
Market-entry strategy, positioning, first channels and first customers.
Without distribution, the product never reaches the market.
Sales teams, sales materials and proposals. The leads arrive and the team converts.
Selling well takes process.
GF can take on billing, payment management and the product's financial operation, so the partner can focus on what creates value.
So the partner can focus on the product.
Contracts, legal framework, intellectual-property protection and client agreements.
The legal base of what you build.
GF shares its knowledge of product, market and growth. We don't decide, we inform. The final word is always the partner's.
Knowledge in service of the partner.
03 · Model
Joining the Àvista programme is free. GF's compensation is always a percentage of the revenue generated, negotiated individually based on real involvement. The more GF does, the more it earns. If the product generates no revenue, GF earns nothing.
| Variable | Rule |
|---|---|
| Joining the programme | Free. No joining fee or entry commission. |
| GF's compensation | A percentage of the revenue generated by the product, negotiated individually. |
| Product ownership | Always stays with the partner, unless specifically negotiated. |
| Negotiated ownership | Possible in cases of significant technical involvement by GF, with a buy-back option for the partner. |
| Final word | Always the partner's: price, direction and strategy. |
| Other operational partners | Allowed. GF receives its percentage regardless of market or channel. |
| Agreement review | Annual, at the initiative of either party. |
| Revenue reporting | Monthly, by the partner. GF invoices based on the report. |
| Audit | GF is entitled to access revenue data and may request an audit. |
| Leaving the programme | Voluntary, by either party. Conditions defined in the Àvista Agreement. |
04 · Àvista Agreement
The Àvista Agreement is the document that formalises each partner's entry into the programme. There's a base template with variable clauses negotiated individually. It is written in Portuguese and signed on paper.
The share of generated revenue that goes to GF, negotiated based on real operational involvement.
Which of GF's capabilities are active for the product: development, go-to-market, billing, legal, or others.
What GF developed and how it is handled on exit, including any buy-back option for the partner.
The specific conditions under which either party can leave, differentiated by GF's level of investment.
The frequency and format of revenue reporting, and the conditions under which GF may request an audit.
The agreement is reviewed annually to reflect the evolution of the product and the partnership.
The definition of the protected market space. GF does not take on competing products in the same niche.
The legal consequences of either party failing to meet its obligations.
05 · Application
The process exists so we can get to know each other: the product and the people behind it. We try to keep it fast without being any less rigorous. After the form, we reply within three days.
You fill in the form on GF's website with information about the product or idea, the market you're addressing and what you're looking for in the partnership. It's the first step, direct and with no commitment.
Your move · reply in 3 days
A conversation with the GF team so we can get to know each other better. Product, vision, team, ambitions. We want to understand who is behind what's being built, just as important as the product itself.
In person or remote
GF studies the product and the market and assesses whether the partnership makes sense for both sides. This phase includes our honest perspective: opportunities, risks and what we think can be built.
On our side
If there's alignment, we sit down to define the clauses of the Àvista Agreement: revenue percentage, active services, exit conditions. We only sign when both sides are comfortable with what's on the table.

“In real estate, when you reply late, the client has already gone with someone else. Rinvestoor lives on the agency's website, replies in seconds, qualifies the lead while it talks and delivers each opportunity to the right agent, ready to close.”
