Consulting
The work you have already done is the hardest to reuse.
A consultancy accumulates proposals, minutes and deliverables. All of it is usable and almost none of it is consultable: whoever assembles the next proposal remembers that something similar exists and goes looking for it by hand.
You have the whole history. Nobody can use it without remembering where it is.

Context
Where the information lives today
In a consultancy the information is the product, and even so it lives scattered: the meeting transcript in one place, the minutes format in another, the earlier proposals in a folder per client. The knowledge is there. What is missing is being able to reach it without knowing in advance where to look.
- The client meeting transcripts, still to be turned into decisions
- The house minutes format, which minutes have to respect to be accepted
- The earlier proposals, with comparable scope and phases of work
- The closed deliverables, which say what worked and what did not
Action
What starts happening on its own
After the meeting, the agent reads the transcript already in the channel, extracts decisions, next steps and owners, and writes the minutes in the house format, ready to review and share. A new proposal starts from the similar proposals you have already made, with the scope and the phases pulled from comparable work, instead of starting from a blank page.
- The minutes structured into decisions, actions, owners and deadlines, in the house format
- The proposal assembled from comparable work, with the scope and the phases
- What was left undecided in the meeting, said as having been left undecided
- The answer to "have we done something like this before?", with the projects that answer it
Who answers
Who answers when it gets something wrong
Minutes are a document with consequences, so the consultant reviews before sharing. A proposal does not go out with fees the agent fetched on its own: what it brings from earlier work is a reference, and whoever decides the price is still whoever always decided it. None of this is a promise of ours, it is a rule written into the agent.
- The minutes pass the consultant before they reach the client
- Figures pulled from the history are a reference, never the decision
- Each engagement is a context, and contexts do not mix
Two shapes
What comes off the ladder takes one of two shapes. We have built both.
Agent in the channel
A project team already talks in a channel. The agent comes into that channel, with access to the folders and documents of that project and not to the others.
Archive with an agent
A consultancy’s archive is the commercial asset of the house. With an agent on top, searching stops depending on someone remembering the file name.
Where it starts
Start with one format only, the minutes or the proposal, and see what the history can give back.

People who ask this usually ask as well.
- 04Is my data safe? The data stays in your company’s accounts, the agent only reads until a person authorises it, and everything it does is recorded.
- 01Is this expensive? It pays off when the work the system does is worth more than it costs, and we tell you what you pay before we start.
- 03I already pay for Slack and Claude, why pay you as well?A generic assistant does not know your format, is not configured securely, and the team does not adopt it on its own.
